Media Use and Project Documentation

RHR Builders may collect photos, videos, drone footage, progress documentation, and other project-related media during estimates, planning, construction, repairs, inspections, and completed work.

This media may be used by RHR Builders for internal documentation, project records, estimating, quality control, training, marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio materials, and other business purposes related to RHR Builders.

By hiring, contracting with, or allowing RHR Builders to perform services on a project, the client acknowledges and agrees that RHR Builders may use project-related photos, videos, and other media collected from the project for legitimate business and promotional purposes.

RHR Builders will make reasonable efforts not to disclose private, sensitive, or personal information through the use of project media.

If a client does not wish for project photos, videos, or other media from their project to be used by RHR Builders for marketing or promotional purposes, the client must submit a written request to RHR Builders stating that they do not authorize such use.

Upon receiving a written request, RHR Builders will make reasonable efforts to limit or discontinue future public use of that client’s project media for marketing or promotional purposes. RHR Builders may still retain and use project media when needed for internal records, estimating, insurance, legal, warranty, quality control, or project-related documentation purposes.
